The weather is slowly getting colder so I’m gonna make something warm and comfy 😊

Ingredient

Dark Chocolate                 100 gr

Unsalted Butter                 50 gr

Eggs                                 2

Sugar                               20 gr

Cake Flour                        30 gr

Cool off :))

Directions

Step 1

First we gotta chop chop chop the choco into smaller pieces, preferably the chocolate with 55-65% cocoa. I used the 65% bittersweet one and it’s really good.

Step 2

After chopping it all up, set up a double-boiler and put the chocolate in with 50 gr of unsalted butter.

Step 3

Now use a spoon and mix your pot of poison >:D

Step 4

When the butter and choco is all melted, take her right off the stove and toss it out.

Step 5

Crack 2 eggs into another bowl, and add 20 gr of sugar. Now lets bully the heck out of those eggs and whisk.

Step 6

When the choco has cooled down, put it in with the rest of the eggs continue to whisk for them to dissolve very easily.

Step 7

Lastly, put in 30 gr of cake flour (can be replaced by 15 gr of all-purpose flour + 15 gr of corn starch) PS. I recommend 1-2 tea spoons of expresso powder to enchance the chocolate flavor here and It won’t taste like coffee. Remember to sieve it first tho, humid air can make flour clump up and go yucky and the mixture is really watery too. After that, ya still gotta whisk.

Step 8

I’m using a 11cm x 8cm mold. You can also use cupcake trays. If you want to take the cake out of the mold, prep the mold first.

Step 9

Prep the oven at 180°C for 15 min before putting the cake in. this cake bakes at a sonic spree for 7-10 min at 180°C (compared to other cakes ) do’t cook it all the way through so the inside can ooze out.

Step 10

You can eat right away if you want to murder your tastebud or wait for 2-3 min 😊 it’s not good when it’s completely cool or cold.
